1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any purchased product without needing to provide justification. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Refund Procedure Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be issued within 7 business days using the original payment method (where applicable) or another agreed-upon method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items Should a product arrive defective or damaged, the customer is encouraged to send photographic evidence and a description of the issue. In such cases, VIDRALA S.A. will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Costs Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
