No. Browsing offers and saving vouchers is free for shoppers. Some offers are a discount on the spot; others are a voucher you purchase at a reduced price — every offer shows exactly how it works before you commit.

Open the voucher in your DealZgo account and show the QR code or voucher code to staff at the participating business. They'll scan or enter it and your offer is applied straight away.

Yes. DealZgo deals and vouchers live in the free velQip app for iPhone and Android, where you can browse offers near you, keep your vouchers, earn QiPoints on eligible activities and redeem at the counter. Download it from the App Store or Google Play — links are at the bottom of every page.

We're growing suburb by suburb. Search by your suburb or postcode on Explore deals — if there's nothing near you yet, join the deal alerts and we'll let you know when local businesses come on board.

Each offer lists its own validity period, days and times it can be used, and any limits. If you've paid for a voucher, its paid value is protected in line with Australian Consumer Law and our Terms.

Some offers apply only to certain services, products or times — for example weekday lunches or a first visit. These conditions are always shown on the offer card and the voucher itself.

Contact us and we'll sort it out with the business. If an offer can't be honoured, we'll help arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Terms.

On selected deals, a published percentage of your eligible spend comes back to your account after purchase — for example 10% of $100 is $10. No codes or receipts needed.

A prepaid offer for a product, service, experience or discount from a local business. You buy it in the app and redeem it in person by showing it to staff.

Apply online in a few minutes. Our team helps you shape your first offer, reviews your listing (usually within two business days) and you're live — no setup fee and no lock-in.

You can start free on the Starter plan and pay a small fee only when a voucher is redeemed. The Growth plan adds more offers, featured placement and reporting for a flat monthly fee.

Yes. You set the offer, the number available, and the days and times it applies. You can pause an offer at any time from your dashboard — handy for filling quieter periods without overloading busy ones.
