3Partner commitments

Read the 7 partner commitments
  1. Act with respect, transparency and integrity. The partner must communicate honestly and respectfully with DealZgo, its users and staff; provide accurate offer information; and promptly report errors, complaints, suspected fraud or redemption issues.
  2. Change in service or pricing. The partner must update DealZgo at least 1 month before any change to its services, products, pricing or opening hours. If the partner fails to do so, it must continue providing the service to users at the agreed pricing.
  3. Customer first. The partner must honour valid, unexpired DealZgo vouchers in line with the published offer terms and applicable law. The partner must not unfairly refuse a DealZgo user or treat them less favourably because they use DealZgo. Any lawful safety, eligibility, capacity or booking restrictions must be clearly stated in the offer and applied consistently.
  4. Do not use DealZgo branding without permission. The partner must not use DealZgo’s name, logo, branding or claim to be an official partner in advertising or promotions without DealZgo’s prior written consent, except for approved materials or instructions supplied by DealZgo.
  5. Do not force additional purchases. The partner must not force, pressure or mislead DealZgo users into buying extra products or services, paying undisclosed charges, or accepting conditions that are not stated in the offer. Any optional add-ons must be clearly explained and freely chosen by the customer.
  6. Provide safe, lawful services. The partner is responsible for the quality, safety, licences, staff conduct, delivery and customer service relating to its products and services, and must comply with applicable laws.
  7. Protect customer information. The partner must only use customer information for the purpose for which it was provided and must not misuse, sell or share it without lawful authority.

4Partner acceptance and signature

By signing, I confirm that I am authorised to represent the partner, that the information provided is accurate, and that I have read, understood and agree to this Partner Participation Agreement and the commercial terms above.
